Johnny Benavidez with Absolute Construction engaged with us for a roof replacement after a recent hail storm. Johnny and team went above and beyond in managing the project from start to finish. The team acted as our advocate with the insurance company to be sure nothing was missed. When the project started Johnny and his QC manager James were present during the install. We received drone photos of the progress. They appeared to be very though and conscientious. I’d recommend this team to anyone needing a roof.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear about your experience with Johnny, James, and the rest of the Absolute Construction team. 💪🏽🏠 From the insurance process to the final drone photos, we strive to make every step smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I am very grateful that Pablo Ordaz knocked on my door to offer the services of Absolute Construction as my Roofing Company. Pablo was professional and attentive to our needs and very timely and prompt. I especially like the way he took the time necessary to explain everything to me that was happening. Because of the recent storms, my house needed a new roof and new gutters. The insurance company denied the roof replacement initially, but Absolute Construction went to bat for us and got the insurance company to approve the process. In addition to the roof and the gutters, we also hired this company to paint the exterior of the house and replace the garage door to give the entire house a new clean look. The workmanship was excellent on all aspects of our job. The roof, the gutters, the garage door and the painting were excellent. Absolute Construction uses efficient, effective contractors that are timely and do a really nice job. Thank you so much to you Absolute Construction and especially Pablo! What a great team!! Marsha Hill Satisfied and Happy Homeowner

Our development was hit by hail, the four letter word in Texas we all dread! Our HOA contracted with Absolute Construction! Great job! Great people! Great working relationship with Daniel!

I recently had my home’s roof replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the service provided by the project manager and my main point of contact, Paul Valdez. Throughout the entire process he was professional, responsive, efficient, and detail-oriented. Paul took the time to explain every step of the process, offered helpful recommendations for materials from his expertise, and assisted with all of the communication with my insurance company. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my new roof looks great, not to mention the entirely replaced gutter system! He worked with multiple teams as my roof replacement included solar panel removal and reinstall in addition to the usual things required of a roof replacement. Following the roof replacement, I saw Paul and the team walking around with metal detectors to sweep for any loose nails, and he kept me updated on where we were in the process. It’s clear that the company takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of roofing services. He surpassed my expectations and delivered top-notch results, all while being extremely personable and responsive, even at later hours in the evening. Ginormous thank you for making the process of a roof replacement as a first time homeowner seamless and low-stress!

The Thirsty Texan (The Thirsty Texan)

They left large gaps in my roof that were previously not there. They refuse to fix claiming it is up to code. Now I have to battle roof rats and their resolution is it sucks to be you. I will translate their below response: By contract we did not have to do as good of a job as prior, only the bare minimum. We cashed the check and therefore do not care about you. We are unprofessional, we lack quality and character… so simply deal with it. Again, do NOT do business with these individuals.

Pablo took the time to explain every step of the process and offered helpful recommendations for materials that is best quality and that suited my home’s style. He is very knowledgeable and knows the business really well. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my new roof looks amazing! His team also left the worksite spotless, which I greatly appreciated. Absolute Construction carried out repairs to my house that was damaged by a major storm that hit Dallas, TX at the end of May 2024. Mr. Connor Wood, Director of Specialty Roofing Division of Absolute Construction, did a very good job of completing the repairs. Thanks for the good job.

Luis Fernando Perez Aguayo

I couldn’t be happier with my new roof installed by Absolute Construction! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Gaby, the project manager, was absolutely outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the project stayed on schedule. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and left everything spotless once the job was done. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and I have full confidence that this roof will last for many years to come. Had the pleasure of working with Payton Rippa on my roof replacement. He was very easy to work with & he kept me updated on the progress of the roof work. They had 2 crews out working the day of the install & got my roof replaced in half a day. Would definitely recommend working with this company.

Rajinder Lakhani

Daniel Franklin at Absolute Construction is the person who can take care of your roofing project. He is a good listener, responsive, and patient, with a professional approach to take care of the project, more importantly the minor aspects.

Lisa Geyer

Rave reviews for this company and especially ALEXIS GARCIA, who I had the pleasure to work with. Also lauds go to THE CREW who were professional, friendly and fast as they installed my roof — which took 1/2 day. (Our house is small but STILL.) Alexis is the best in customer service I’ve ever seen — patient, smart, great at working w insurance company, professional and fast. He did what he said he would do every single time! Absolute is lucky to have him — esp considering all the roof replacements he managed throughout Texas after huge summer 2024 storm. Thanks!

Hersson Herrera

We had a fantastic experience with our contractor Taylor. While having storm damage our home was not what we were hoping for, having Taylor help up made it an easy experience for us. He took the time to explain the process and work with our insurance company and the crews that came out to work on our home. He made this situation as stress free for us as possible and we are grateful for his hard work!

James Woloszyk

Very polite, quick and efficient. Gave a great assement and was honest about how bad the damage was! Will definitely give a call when roof needs replaced!

Ashley Prather

This company did construction next to my job in Richardson and their roofers left nails all over the public parking lot. Cost me a few hundred dollars in tires :) Please see photos because it wasn’t just one nail :) Very unprofessional, lazy, and DANGEROUS! People walk around here with their dogs and drive through this lot all the time. Don’t use this company if you don’t want your neighbors to suffer.

Andy Downs

Absolute handled my roof/hail damage replacements and repairs, various aspects. They were very attentive and professional throughout the process, lead by representative Jonathan Rodriguez. Many thanks to him and the staff, showing willingness to work with us and our Insurance company while many variances arose. We recommend Jonathan and the Company for your roofing and all construction needs.

Tiffany Nguyen

Nowadays it is very difficult to find a contractor who does a good job, knows a lot about his crafts, works well with his crews and is sincere. We're talking about Project manager, Cody Kennan, is SIMPLY THE BEST!!. We like his way of working, meticulous and dedicated. Dealing with insurance can be challenging but he made the process go smoothly. Listened to what customers wanted and needed, worked patiently, everything was clear so customers could understand. It was the best customer service we have had in years. We were very pleased with our new roof. Absolute Construction is truly fortunate to have an employee who works very diligently at his job. We definitely will recommend Absolute Construction/Cody Kennan to all our friends and family in the future! Tim and Tiffany

Glenn Abby Construction

When you want the real deal go with Absolute!! Chase was hands down the best customer service from day one. You can tell that even after years of experience he still has the day one passion for what he does. The crew he has works Fast, safe, and efficient. I myself and in construction so I know what to look for and all was spot on. Highly recommended!
